Tutor Requirement process is totally based on quality selection. The tutors are required to clear 3 rounds:

Introduction - General Interview
Academic Proficiency - Tutors are tested on their overall academic knowledge bye subject experts.
Demo Rounds - Tutor needs to prepare and deliver a topic which is given on the spot, as per their specialization.

Tutors are put through rigorous development programs by our trainers from time to time. It is mandatory for the tutors to update their knowledge with the latest trends in online tutoring and research.
